Job summary

Finlay Jude Associates Ltd recruiting on behalf of a leading utilities organisation for Smart Meter Technicians. You will install and exchange smart water meters at customer properties and upload data using a company-issued tablet.

No prior experience is required—full training and a company vehicle are provided. This permanent role offers long-term prospects, with 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and commuting distance to Bath.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; full training provided.
• Must have a clean UK driving licence.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Commutable distance to Bath (accommodation not provided).

Responsibilities

• Install and exchange smart water meters at customer properties
• Upload data using provided tablet and software
• Support the team on various projects and water network surveys
• Take responsibility for the delivery of small projects and packages of work
• Work independently as a single person unit in urban/suburban environments
