Job summary

Valda Energy Limited is seeking a Metering team member to support Smart meter deployments and post-install performance. You will act as the expert contact for customers, coordinate with third parties, and help maintain the metering portfolio.

The role is office-based in Bicester and requires DBS screening. The role offers a dynamic, customer-focused environment with opportunities for growth, training, and involvement in renewable energy initiatives.

• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Book appointments for smart meter installations to meet targets.
• Serve as main contact for customers and resolve meter queries.
• Coordinate with third parties to ensure accurate meter data for billing.
• Arrange appointments for meter faults or upgrades.
• Support PPA portfolio administration and monthly statements.
• Work toward targets in a fast-paced environment.
