Job summary

South East Water is seeking a Smart Meter Reporting and Data Analyst to turn complex meter data into actionable insights. You will drive end-to-end reporting for household and non-household properties, safeguard data accuracy, and support our Smart Metering rollout with regulatory compliance and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Analytical ability to analyse large data sets to inform water efficiency strategy.
• Reliable and adaptable in prioritising data requirements.
• Ability to translate data conclusions into actionable recommendations.
• Proactive in improving processes and reporting techniques.
• Strong collaboration across teams to deliver reporting needs.
• Experience in the water industry or related utilities is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyse datasets for households to derive actionable insights for demand reduction.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor performance and inform planning.
• Present data-driven recommendations to shape strategy.
