Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking a Process Smart Manufacturing Consultant / Senior Consultant to lead transformation for Life Sciences and Consumer Products manufacturers. You will drive manufacturing performance, quality, regulatory compliance and supply chain agility using Industry 4.0, MES, EBR, AI/GenAI and Connected Worker solutions.

You will work with site teams and business stakeholders to shape future operating models, develop business cases and delivery roadmaps, delivering sustainable

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing, quality, supply chain or operational transformation within Life Sciences or Consumer Products.
Leadership of operational improvement, process optimisation or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
Passion for digital manufacturing and smart factory technologies.
Understanding of regulated manufacturing environments and quality requirements.

Responsibilities

Assess manufacturing value streams and identify opportunities to improve flow and OEE.
Develop Smart Factory and Manufacturing Excellence transformation initiatives.
Build business cases, roadmaps and transformation plans aligned to client objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and outcomes.
