Capgemini Invent is seeking a Process Smart Manufacturing Manager / Senior Manager – Life Sciences & Consumer Products to lead large-scale Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 transformations for global clients. You will shape strategies, roadmaps and business cases to secure executive sponsorship and deliver measurable outcomes across quality, compliance and delivery timelines.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams across strategy, manufacturing, engineering, data, AI and cloud, drive value

Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing operations, quality management and regulated environments.
Proven track record leading large transformation programmes from strategy to value realisation.
Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies including MES, EBR, IIoT and AI/GenAI.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and Digital Operations transformation programmes.
Define and deliver manufacturing transformation strategies focused on excellence and compliance.
Develop roadmaps, operating models and business cases to secure executive sponsorship.
Oversee deployment of Industry 4.0 solutions across multiple disciplines.
Drive value realisation with measurable improvements in productivity and quality.
Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams and senior client relationships.
