Qualifications

• Significant experience in manufacturing transformations within pharma/CPG spaces.
• Deep expertise in manufacturing operations, quality management, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale Smart Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 transformation programmes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders including Operations Leaders and Digital Transformation leaders.
• Define and deliver transformation strategies focused on operational excellence, quality, compliance and speed-to-market.
• Lead assessments and value discovery engagements to identify productivity and cost-improvement opportunities.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, operating models and business cases securing executive sponsorship.
