Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a forward-thinking Shift Technician to drive smart building technology integration across our London flagship properties. The role focuses on executing day-to-day technical requirements, ensuring SOP, KPI and SLA compliance, and delivering a resilient engineering service in collaboration with the workspace team.

Qualifications

Essential City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in building services maintenance.
Proven experience with building management systems and smart building technologies.
Strong track record of using technology to improve maintenance outcomes and efficiency.
IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent health & safety qualification.

Responsibilities

Utilise building technologies (BMS, IoT sensors) to monitor performance and diagnose issues.
Collaborate with shift technicians and support engineers to ensure consistent task execution.
Maintain relationships with landlord/tenant stakeholders to optimise service delivery and building performance.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain accurate maintenance records.
