Job summary

Advance Training & Recruitment Services is seeking a Contract Project Manager to oversee HVAC, M&E, and ASHP projects in West Yorkshire. You will manage projects from design through commissioning and handover, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.

The role focuses on delivering high-profile HVAC, decarbonisation, and renewable energy projects under a contract, with emphasis on compliance, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Proven Project Management experience within HVAC, Heat Pumps and M&E.
• Strong knowledge of Air Source Heat Pumps and mechanical building services.
• Experience managing subcontractors and project budgets across commercial/industrial projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience of Commercial and Industrial Air Source Heat pump and M&E/HVAC installation projects is essential.

Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of commercial and industrial HVAC, M&E, and Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design through to commissioning and handover
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Monitor programmes, budgets, variations, and project risks
• Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, and client requirements
• Lead client meetings and provide project updates

Requirements
