Take full ownership of a Small Works Division with a loyal, repeat client base and consistent workflow. This isn’t a desk‑based coordination role – you will lead, grow and shape the division.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team delivering commercial heating, plumbing and air conditioning works.
• Manage projects with values typically ranging from £10k–£250k, focusing on HVAC systems.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Maintain standards, protect margin and drive growth.
• Expand services, strengthen relationships and win new business.

• Mechanical supervisor ready to step into project or contracts management and take on commercial responsibility.
• Experienced small works / PPM mechanical project manager who wants autonomy and the opportunity to grow a division.
