Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a Serco and EQUANS joint venture, seeks a Small Works Coordinator in Portsmouth for a 7-month fixed-term contract. Office-based, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.

Salary £30,000-£35,000 per year, dependent on experience. You will coordinate refurbishment and maintenance projects, liaise with contractors and clients, raise purchase orders, manage invoices, and maintain project trackers.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or project coordination roles.
• Experience with CAFM or other project management systems.
• Background in housing or accommodation services, or familiarity with MOD estates is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate refurbishment and maintenance project resources and liaise with contractors, clients and internal teams.
• Raise purchase orders, manage invoices and keep project trackers up to date.
• Provide progress updates and reports to stakeholders and ensure deadlines are met.
