Job summary

VIVO Defence Services, a joint venture between Serco and EQUANS, is recruiting a Small Works Coordinator for a 7-month fixed-term contract in Portsmouth. The role focuses on coordinating small refurbishment and maintenance projects, liaising with contractors and clients, and maintaining project trackers in a busy, office-based environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in administration or project coordination, strong Microsoft 365 skills, and familiarity with CAFM or similar project

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative or project coordination roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CAFM/project management systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources and liaise with contractors, clients and internal teams.
• Raise purchase orders, manage invoices and keep project trackers up to date.
• Provide progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Solve problems as they arise to meet deadlines and ensure quality.
