Job summary

The Travel Corporation (TTC) seeks an experienced operational professional to support the day-to-day delivery of Small Group Tours. You’ll work with the Operations Manager and TTC teams to maintain high standards and exceptional guest experiences across touring brands.

The role is part of a brand-new department, offering hybrid office/field collaboration, guidance to on-road teams, and a focus on continuous improvement.

• On-road experience or travel operations.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operation and delivery of Small Group Tours across TTC Touring Brands.
• Provide day-to-day operational support to on-road teams, helping them resolve routine operational challenges and ensuring they have the information and resources required to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support in monitoring tour delivery, identifying operational trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of on-road teams, ensuring they are equipped to deliver the evolving Small Group Travel Experience.
• Act as a key point of contact for on-road teams, building strong relationships and maintaining effective communication between on road and office operations.
• Assist with the management and monitoring of operational processes, communications and Quality Control procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of brand standards, ensuring teams understand and consistently adhere to required operational expectations.
• Support with the planning and delivery of seasonal meetings, training sessions and the annual TD Meeting, helping to ensure alignment, engagement and team motivation.
• Provide support during operational incidents and on-trip challenges, working with the relevant teams to ensure appropriate and timely resolutions.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery and continued development of the Small Group Tours programme.
