Job summary

Evan Evans, part of The Travel Corporation, is seeking an Operations Executive for its central London office to oversee day tours and bespoke premium experiences, ensuring exceptional service and adherence to targets.

In this maternity cover role, you will manage quotations, travel documents, and guest experiences, coordinating with suppliers, guides, and internal teams to maintain the highest standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in an operational or travel coordination role.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient IT skills including Outlook, Excel and Word. Desirable: knowledge of London/GB travel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue quotations for bespoke travel experiences.
• Upsell products and services as appropriate.
• Ensure travel documents are prepared and distributed to suppliers and guests.
• Deliver tours and bespoke experiences to high standards.
• Manage emergencies and disruptions during guest travel.
• Coordinate with suppliers, guides and internal teams to ensure high-quality experiences.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the full product range.
• Support management with additional tasks as required.
