Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join the Intensive Support Team in Oxford. You will work with children and adults with learning disabilities and complex behavioural needs, using SLT with PBS and ABA approaches to inform support plans.

You will manage your own diary within core hours and contribute to multi-professional planning. The role involves community visits, assessments, data analysis, and intervention work, with a focus on person-centred

Qualifications

• Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work.
• Experience with learning disabilities and complex behavioural needs is desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multi-professional team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload of clients (children and adults) in a collaborative way.
• Plan, implement and evaluate evidence-based interventions.
• Provide advice, training and education to other professionals and students.
