Job summary

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Band 7 colleagues and specialist teachers to develop and deliver the Experts at Hand service for children and young people without an EHCP.
• Build partnerships with schools across the allocated cluster, delivering high‑quality SLT and coaching for education staff.
• Champion inclusive practice by helping schools create communication‑friendly environments for children with SLCN.
• Collaborate with MDT colleagues to develop the Joint Communication Team offer and expand access to expert support across the borough.
• Contribute to service development and the strategic direction of integrated speech, language, and communication provision.
