Job summary

Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a Slot Manager to supervise the casino slot machine, arcade and ShipShape gym equipment servicing teams. You will ensure courteous, professional service to guests while coordinating maintenance and repairs.

The role requires supervisory experience in a casino setting, formal repair/troubleshooting training, and strong customer service and safety awareness. Candidates should be able to lead an international team and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

Previous supervisory experience of slot technicians in a casino environment preferred.
Formal training in the repair and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical and/or electronic equipment.
Previous slot technician work experience in live casinos preferred.
Ability to read safety rules, instructions in the use and maintenance of tools and equipment, and methods and procedures in mechanical drawings.
Customer service skills to interact with guests in a courteous, professional and positive manner.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of slot machine, arcade and gym equipment servicing staff.
Ensure guests receive courteous and professional service at all times.
Communicate with department heads and shipboard staff to resolve issues and implement solutions.
Apply safety rules and procedures in all servicing and maintenance activities.
