Job summary
The Hippodrome Casino is seeking a confident Slot Host to join our Electronic Gaming team. You’ll be the friendly face on the slots floor, creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth operation of electronic gaming with outstanding guest service.
Responsibilities include guiding guests on gameplay, monitoring machines, replying to enquiries, and coordinating with technical, security, and gaming teams to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- One year of experience as a Slot Host or similar role.
- Confidence using technology and explaining it to others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.
- Must be over 18 years of age.
