Job summary

Buzz Bingo in Northampton is seeking a Slots Host for an overnight, 28-hour contract. You will guide customers through gaming options, provide tours, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment while explaining game play.

The role requires strong customer service, ability to work late nights, and a willingness to train toward a keyholder position after onboarding. A supportive team and opportunities for development are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to explain games and options to new customers.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts and adapt to late hours.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate games and explain how to play to customers.
• Give new member tours with clear, engaging explanations of offerings.
• Handle basic fault fixes and escalate if needed to resolve issues.
• Assist in handling cash from machines and maintain a safe gambling environment.
• Promote a safe and enjoyable atmosphere across all channels.

Join us as a Slots Host in our NorthamptonClub offering a 28 hour contract. This is an overnight role working 4 shifts per week between 11pm and 7am. Please ensure you have full overnight availability when applying for this role. This role includes the opportunity to progress into a keyholder after training.

The Role You’ll Play

As Slots Host, you’ll provide excellent Customer Service within our Machines Arcade by promoting and demonstrating our wide range of exciting games. You will build meaningful connections with our Customers and Colleagues and show an outstanding knowledge of the games on offer and are able to easily explain them to the Customers.

Your Responsibilities as Part of Our Team

• Demonstrating how to enjoy the games on offer
• Providing new member tours with a clear, exciting and engaging explanation of what's on offer
• Maintaining an understanding of First Level Fault Fixing on Machines to resolve basic faults, if you're unable to fix the issue, escalating to relevant parties
• Playing a part in securely collecting money from the machines on a daily/weekly basis
• Ensuring you create a Safer Gambling Environment for all our Customers and Colleagues across all of our channels; online, in club and live
