Job summary

Cranswick PLC in Hessle is seeking a Further Processing Operative on 4 on 4 off shifts to operate the slicing machine as part of a production team, delivering products to meet quality and safety standards.

The role requires prior manufacturing experience, completion or willingness to undertake L2 Food Safety and L2 Health and Safety training, and the ability to work to standard operating procedures and production plans.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Willing to undertake L2 Food Safety and L2 Health and Safety training.
• Complete group and site induction and understand risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Operate slicing machinery and ensure material availability to minimise downtime.
• Maintain Food Safety and GMP standards and follow hygiene procedures.
• Complete paperwork accurately at checks and support team teammates.
