You'll receive full training and the opportunity to earn via an uncapped commission structure, with evenings and weekends as peak trade hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to spot sales opportunities and upsell where appropriate.
• Confident, persuasive and resilient in a busy retail environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
• Adaptable approach to meet customer needs and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in-store to understand needs and advise on sleep products.
• Promote Sleep wellness™ and explain product benefits to help customers choose the right solution.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets through uncapped commission opportunities.
• Maintain store appearance, assist with stock and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Attend training and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team.
