Job summary

Bensons for Beds is hiring a Sales Consultant to help customers find the right sleep solutions. You’ll engage with shoppers, understand needs, and recommend mattresses, beds and sleep products while earning uncapped commission on every item you sell.

We provide full training, ongoing support and opportunities to progress, with a monthly store bonus and a target-based OTE. Flexible evenings, weekends and bank holidays are common, and there’s no ceiling on earning potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Naturally confident in engaging with customers and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers to create a warm shopping experience.
• Ask questions to understand sleep needs and recommend the right products.
• Use product knowledge and sleepPRO technology to advise customers.
• Spot opportunities to maximize sales and earn commission on every item sold.
• Work towards individual and store targets while maintaining customer experience.
• Help the team keep the store welcoming and well-presented.
• Get involved in all aspects of running a successful store.
