Job summary

CitySprint UK Ltd is seeking an Operations Coordinator in Newcastle to oversee courier coordination, driver support and SLA delivery. The role centers on daily logistics, collaboration with the control team, and ensuring timely collections and deliveries.

You will use CityTrak and X-Despatch to update systems, handle changing priorities, and maintain clear communication across operations. DBS check is required for successful applicants.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy operational or customer service environment.
• Confident communicator who can juggle multiple tasks.
• Organised, accurate and comfortable using systems.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating designated couriers to meet customer SLAs.
• Supporting drivers and resolving day-to-day queries.
• Working closely with colleagues across operations and control.
• Keeping systems updated accurately (e.g. CityTrak / X-Despatch).
• Adapting plans and priorities as the day changes.
