Role Purpose

Join our vibrant kitchen team at one of London's most exciting dining destinations. As Sous Chef, you'll play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional all day dining experiences, supporting the Head Chef in overseeing operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You'll be working across our 2 bar outlets, Sky Pod and City Garden Bars, these bars combine stunning views with exceptional food, serving everything from casual daytime dining to group events and special occasions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, inspire, and develop a talented brigade in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

What you'll be doing

• Passion for fresh ingredients and delivering quality food consistently
• Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detai
• A proactive and hands-on approach to service and kitchen management

Good to know

You will earn up to £46,000 per annum, with excellent training and development opportunities to support your career progression.
