Oak View Group is seeking a Prep Chef for Darwin Brasserie in London. This daytime role runs from 7am to 3pm, offering a balanced schedule and the chance to contribute to a high-profile venue.

You will prepare ingredients, support the kitchen team, and help deliver exceptional dishes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. A competitive hourly rate applies, with perks and ongoing training opportunities.

Good to know

You will receive a competitive hourly rate of £16.21, plus a paid meal allowance each shift, alongside ongoing training and development opportunities.
