Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef for progression.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environments.

• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to service and kitchen management.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Head Chef with day-to-day management of kitchen operations.
