Job summary

ŠKODA Camberley Service Centre invites applicants to join its Service Advisor Apprenticeship. You will learn customer service and vehicle industry skills through a blend of virtual lessons, face-to-face weeks, and hands-on work at Camberley.

Training is provided with travel to the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes; all costs are covered. On completion you’ll earn the Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner standard and brand certifications, with strong progression

Qualifications

• GCSE grades 9–4 (A–C) in English, Maths and Science or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Arrange bookings and appointments with customers.
• Handle administration and paperwork for service centre records.
• Coordinate with workshop and management to deliver great customer experience.
• Assist with selling accessories and service plans.
