Job summary

Audi is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join the Service department and build a long-term career within our UK network. This varied role involves coordinating bookings, answering customer inquiries, and collaborating with workshop teams to deliver an outstanding service experience.

Training is delivered through a mix of virtual learning and face-to-face weeks at the Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre in Milton Keynes, with all training costs covered.

Qualifications

• GCSEs or equivalent in English, Maths and a third subject.
• Predicted grades accepted; offers based on predicted grades.
• BTEC first diplomas and certificates may be considered.
• Key Skills Level 2 and Essential Skills/Functional Skills accepted.
• NVQs or similar qualifications may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Arrange bookings and appointments; communicate with customers face-to-face and by phone throughout service.
• Complete paperwork for customer service and centre records; prepare invoices; process warranty claims.
• Liaise with workshop and management to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist with the sale of accessories and service plans.
