East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated Skills Practitioner to support staff and learners in hands-on carpentry and bricklaying learning. The role focuses on safe, well-equipped workshops and effective student guidance in practical tasks.

Qualifications

• Support learners to reach their goals while ensuring workshops are safe and well equipped.
• Provide constructive feedback and assist in workshop preparation.
• Liaise with staff and external partners to deliver high quality, hands-on learning.

• Monitor and promote Health & Safety in workshop sessions.
• Order, organise and issue stock and supplies.
• Assist in workshop preparation and setup.
• Provide support to students during practical tasks.
