East Kent Colleges Group is seeking a Skills Practitioner to support staff and students across Carpentry and Bricklaying pathways. You will liaise with colleagues and external partners to deliver hands-on learning experiences and ensure workshops are safe, well-organised and fully equipped.

The role requires mentoring learners, organising stock and providing constructive feedback. Candidates should state whether applying for full-time or part-time and specify the pathway of interest.

Competenze

• Level 2 qualification in Carpentry or Bricklaying.
• Some industry experience in the built environment sector.
• Ability to support learners through practical tasks.

Mansioni

• Monitor and promote excellent Health & Safety practices within workshop sessions.
• Order, organise, and issue stock and supplies to keep sessions running smoothly.
• Assist in workshop preparation.
