Job summary

3t is recruiting a Skills / Lifting Instructor on a permanent contract to deliver our approved courses at our Aberdeen training centres. You will ensure consistent, professional delivery reflecting 3t standards and client requirements, while supporting learners and maintaining health and safety.

The successful candidate will hold industry-recognised assessor and teaching qualifications along with lifting certifications, contributing to CPD and quality assurance across our courses.

Qualifications

• Industry recognised Assessor Qualification, SQA / OPITO or equivalent.
• Industry recognised Instructor / Teaching Qualification.
• Relevant lifting qualifications / certification (OPITO Rigger/ Banksman Competence Assessments).
• OPITO Banksman Slinger Competence Assessment or Reassessment.
• Offshore Crane Operator Certification.

Responsibilities

• To deliver courses as required in line with 3t and accrediting body requirements.
• To support customers during course delivery as appropriate.
• To participate in standardisation and continuing professional development events as required.
• To provide support to trainee and existing Instructor/Assessors as appropriate.
• Demonstrate a personal commitment to Health, Safety and the Environment.
• Apply 3t and where appropriate Clients' HSE Policies and Procedures.
• Ensure that all 3t quality and operational procedures are adhered to at all times.

Job description

3t is currently looking to recruit a Skills / Lifting Instructor on a permanent contract in Aberdeen, UK.

This role is contracted at 40 hours per week. The working hours for this role are 7.30am to 4.15pm, Monday to Friday, including a 45-minute unpaid lunch break.
