Job summary

3t is recruiting a Skills / Lifting Instructor for permanent placement in Aberdeen, UK. The role centers on delivering 3t’s approved courses across its training centres in a consistent, professional manner, reflecting 3t’s integrity and culture.

Applicants must have industry-recognised assessor and instructor qualifications, plus OPITO lifting certifications. The position follows a 40-hour week with standard UK working hours and benefits. Aberdeen-based role with nationwide client support.

Qualifications

• Industry recognised Assessor Qualification, SQA / OPITO or equivalent.
• Industry recognised Instructor / Teaching Qualification.
• OPITO Rigger / Banksman Competence Assessments or Cranes certs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver courses as required in line with 3t and accrediting body requirements.
• Support customers during course delivery as appropriate.
• Participate in standardisation and CPD events as required.
• Provide support to trainee and existing Instructor/Assessors as appropriate.
• Demonstrate commitment to Health, Safety and Environment and adhere to 3t quality procedures.
