Job summary

Hansen Filler Associates is seeking a Skills Development Partner to own the job architecture, career frameworks, and a skills agenda across the business. You will lead workforce programmes, assess how AI and automation affect roles, and develop an AI curriculum with an AI Champions programme.

This role partners with senior stakeholders to drive multi-functional capability initiatives and learning programs. The ideal candidate brings a strong L&D or talent background, end-to-end implementation

• Experience in job architecture, career frameworks, and skills pathways.
• Proven project management and end-to-end implementation experience.
• Strategic thinker who is hands-on and delivery-focused.
• Strong stakeholder influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine interest in AI, future skills and workforce evolution.

Responsibilities

• Own the job architecture, career frameworks and skills agenda, developing clear career pathways and embedding them across the business.
• Lead workforce programmes, exploring AI and automation impact on roles, skills and future capability.
• Develop AI and future skills initiatives, including an AI curriculum and AI Champions programme.
• Connect career frameworks with broader upskilling and capability development across key functions.
• Develop learning programmes across different business areas.
• Support coaching, mentoring and AI-enabled learning initiatives.
• Project manage key workstreams from concept through to implementation and go-live.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability needs and drive engagement with new approaches.
