Job summary

Pertemps Network Group is partnering with a national training provider to recruit an AI & Automation Trainer / Facilitator. You will deliver AI-focused learning across Level 4–6, guiding apprentices, managers and leaders from classroom to workplace application.

You will help shape curricula, deliver workshops and webinars, and collaborate with internal teams to keep content aligned with industry needs and employer requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training, workshops or learning programmes.
• Strong practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Automation and Digital Technologies.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences in both virtual and in-person settings.
• Experience creating digital learning content and resources.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual and face-to-face learning sessions and workshops.
• Facilitate AI, automation and digital transformation programmes.
• Inspire learners with engaging training delivery.
• Adapt delivery to varying experience and learning preferences.
• Support learner progress and achievement.
• Develop and enhance training materials and resources.
• Integrate emerging AI technologies into delivery.
• Build relationships with employers and stakeholders.
• Ensure programmes stay aligned to workforce needs.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
