Job summary

Hastings Direct is seeking a Learning & Talent Consultant to turn AI, specialist capability and future-skills priorities into practical learning and career frameworks. You will partner with Technology, Commercial, Product and other leaders to develop pathways, tools and governance that support the business now and in the future.

Qualifications

• Experience within learning, talent, capability or organisational development.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultancy skills across specialist business areas.
• Experience with skills frameworks, career pathways and capability assessments.
• Confident facilitation and communication with engaging, practical learning resources.
• Ability to interpret data and feedback and translate into practical improvements.
• Strong interest in AI and future skills; experience with AI tools would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support AI, data, digital and commercial capability initiatives across specialist business areas.
• Build learning pathways, career frameworks and skills maps.
• Design and deliver engaging learning through workshops and digital content.
• Collaborate with leaders to translate priorities into effective solutions.
• Coordinate communities of practice and adoption of new technologies.
• Use data and feedback to derive insights and improve solutions.
