Royal Mencap Society in Staffordshire is seeking a dedicated Skills Coach to support learners with SEND within our employability programs, including Supported Internships. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) and based in Staffordshire with travel within the area.
You will provide 1-1 job coaching, help learners develop employability skills, and embed English and Maths in the workplace to support progression toward sustained paid employment.
