The role focuses on MIG welding and fabrication for steel construction projects, with a strong overtime element and a path to a permanent position after a 13-week probation.

Starting pay is £18 per hour with potential for a pay increase within the first month based on skill, and annual earnings of £48,000-£54,000 with overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous fabrication and welding experience is required.
• TIG welding experience and a CSCS card would be beneficial, but neither is essential.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding and fabrication for steel construction projects.
• Work in an expanding workshop team on industrial buildings, aircraft hangars and bridges.
