South West Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator for a long-established structural steel company in New Milton. The role focuses on MIG welding and fabrication for steel construction projects including industrial buildings, aircraft hangars and bridges.

Opportunity for overtime and salary progression with a 13-week probationary period. Starting at £18 per hour, with potential pay increases after the first month based on skill.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIG welding and fabrication for steel construction projects.
• TIG welding experience and a CSCS card would be beneficial, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Weld and fabricate structural steel components for various projects.
• Join a workshop team and operate welding equipment as part of fabrication processes.
