Job summary

South West Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator for a long-established structural steel company in New Milton. The role offers a starting pay of £18 per hour with potential for a pay increase after the first month based on skill.

Overtime can push annual earnings to £48k–£54k. You'll work in a workshop, performing MIG welding and fabrication for steel construction projects, including industrial buildings, aircraft hangars, and bridges.

Qualifications

• Previous fabrication and welding experience is required.
• TIG welding experience and a CSCS card would be beneficial, but neither is essential.

Responsibilities

• Join an expanding workshop team, predominantly carrying out MIG welding and fabrication for steel construction projects.
