South West Recruitment Ltd in New Milton is seeking an experienced Welder/Fabricator for a long-established structural steel company. The role focuses on MIG welding and fabrication for steel construction projects including industrial buildings, aircraft hangars and bridges.

Starting at £18 per hour with overtime opportunities; potential annual earnings £48,000-£54,000 with overtime. Permanent position with a 13-week probation, 20 days holiday, pension, and private health care after qualifying

Qualifications

• Experience in MIG welding and fabrication for steel structures.
• TIG welding experience and CSCS card beneficial but not required.
• Previous fabrication and welding experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work in an expanding workshop team on industrial builds and bridges.
