Job summary

Gray & Adams Fraserburgh is seeking skilled and semi-skilled MIG welders to join our team and help manufacture premium trailers and vehicle bodies. We offer day and night shifts, ample overtime, and on-the-job training to develop your welding and fabrication skills.

As a member of our family-run business, you will read technical drawings, meet production targets with precision, and ensure safety with full PPE supplied.

Qualifications

• Experienced MIG welders (skilled or semi-skilled) with a strong background in MIG welding.
• Willingness to learn and ability to read technical drawings.
• Ability to work to production targets and maintain quality.
• Commitment to health and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding & fabrication using steel, stainless steel, and aluminium.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• MIG Welding & Fabrication– using Steel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium
• Reading & Interpreting Technical Drawings– Training provided if needed.
• Meeting Production Targetswith precision and efficiency
• Maintaining Equipment & PPE– to ensure safety and performance.
• Health & Safety Compliance– Operating safely in line with company policies.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Experienced Welders– Strong background in MIG welding? We want to hear from you!
• Semi-Skilled Welders– Some experience? We’ll provide training to develop your skills further.
• Trainee Welders– Eager to learn? If you have a keen interest in welding and fabrication, we offeron-the-job trainingto help you gain confidence and skills
