Job summary

Rullion Managed Services is seeking skilled MIG and TIG welders for immediate and upcoming opportunities across the North of England and Scotland. You will weld aluminium and light-gauge materials to high standards, reading drawings and maintaining tight tolerances.

Shifts include days and afternoons with weekly earnings around £1,400–£1,600, plus a £60 travel/shift allowance where applicable. This long-term, contract-to-perm role offers overtime and a state-of-the-art working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven MIG and/or TIG welding experience.
• Aluminium welding experience.
• Ability to read and work from drawings.
• Experience working to tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Welders who take pride in quality and finish.

WELDERS REQUIRED

We are currently looking to speak with experienced MIG and TIG Welders for both immediate and upcoming opportunities across the North of England & Scotland.

We are interested in Welders with experience working to a high standard on aluminium and other light-gauge materials, with strong attention to quality, accuracy and finish.

Shifts & Rates (Umbrella)

Days: (7:00 am - 3:00 pm)

Monday - Thursday (48 hours): Weekly Total Circa £1400

Friday - Sunday (36 Hours): Weekly Total Circa £1500

Afternoons: (3:00 pm - 11:30 pm)

Monday - Thursday (48 hours): Weekly Total Circa £1600

Friday - Sunday (36 hours): Weekly Total Circa £1550

PLUS £60 per shift allowance if travel requires accommodation.

What we're looking for:

• Proven MIG and/or TIG welding experience
• Aluminium welding experience
• Ability to read and work from drawings
• Experience working to tight tolerances and quality standards
• Strong focus on quality and workmanship
• Welders who take real pride in the quality and finish of their work.
• Relevant welding qualifications/certifications desirable
