Job summary

NRL Ltd in Peterlee invites skilled MIG welders to join a long-term manufacturing operation. The role offers 36.5 hours per week, rotating days, backs, and nights, on a 24-month fixed-term contract in a busy facility.

Location and Working Pattern

• Location: Peterlee manufacturing facility
• Contract: 24-month fixed-term assignment
• Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday), plus overtime
• Shifts: Rotating pattern - Days, Back Shift, and Nights

Responsibilities

• Carry out MIG welding tasks to production standards
• Operate within a busy, high-volume manufacturing setting
• Read and interpret engineering drawings as required
• Conduct quality checks on all welds
• Maintain welding equipment and report any faults
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Meet production and quality targets
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities

Must-have Requirements

• Proven MIG welding experience
