Job summary

Think Recruitment is seeking an experienced Roofer for our client to join the maintenance team on a temporary contract in North Tyneside. You will perform responsive and planned roofing maintenance and replacement works across customers' homes.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, 37 hours per week, and a start date ASAP for an initial 12-week duration. Vehicle provided and site safety is emphasised.

Qualifications

• Experienced roofer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive and planned roofing maintenance and replacement works
• Complete flat roofing works, gutter re-lines, replacements and cleaning
• Work safely as part of a maintenance team across customers' homes
• Ensure appropriate parts and materials are available to complete works promptly
• Manage van-based stock effectively
• Provide excellent customer service through clear and respectful communication
• Complete all work in line with relevant legal, Health & Safety and organisational standards
