Job summary

Niyaa People is hiring a Roofer to perform responsive maintenance and repairs on domestic properties from a Fareham base. You will work on flat, tiled and slated roofs, inspect defects and conduct light carpentry tasks, with a PDA used for site records.

The role requires 3+ years in a repairs/maintenance environment, NVQ2 roofing, a valid UK driving licence and a DBS check when starting. We offer a van, fuel card and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years trade experience in repairs/maintenance.
• NVQ Level 2 in Roofing Occupations (or equivalent).
• Full valid UK driving licence.
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check before starting.

Responsibilities

• Carry out roofing repairs and maintenance on flat, tiled, and slated roofs.
• Inspect roof defects to determine repair methods.
• Undertake minor carpentry tasks related to roofing.

• Experience working flat, tiled, and slated roods
• A full, valid UK driving licence
• Willingness to undergo a DBS check prior to starting
