The ideal candidate will manage repairs independently and ensure properties are safe and finished to a high standard. The role includes a full-time permanent contract, annual salary up to £36,425.30, and company perks including a van and fuel card.

Qualifications

• Experience working within domestic or social housing repairs.
• Ability to carry out multi-skilled works including basic plumbing.
• Comfortable managing jobs independently from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs across social housing properties.
• Complete patch plastering, skimming and making good to walls and ceilings.
• Repair plaster damage following leaks and previous maintenance works.
