Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd. is recruiting a Patcher / Multi-Trade Operative for a residential refurbishment project in Coventry. The role is temporary with immediate start and may involve travel.

You will patch, plaster and perform multi-trade tasks to a high standard while maintaining safe, clean working areas. Applicants should have experience in patching or plastering, manage workloads efficiently, and show great attention to detail. CSCS card preferred; own tools and PPE required.

Qualifications

• Experience in patching, plastering or multi-trade refurbishment work.
• Ability to work independently and manage workloads efficiently.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Must be reliable, punctual and able to work at a fast pace.
• Valid CSCS card preferred.
• Own tools and PPE required.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out patching, plastering and general making-good works inside residential properties.
• Repairing walls, ceilings and damaged surfaces.
• Completing snagging and finishing works to a high standard.
• Undertaking general multi-trade tasks where required.
• Working quickly and efficiently without compromising on quality.
• Ensuring all work areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
