Job summary

Randstad CPE is recruiting a skilled Patcher/Finisher for an ongoing contract on a busy new build housing site in Newcastle. You will deliver high-quality cosmetic finishing, patching, and snagging across timber frame and traditional brickwork plots prior to handover.

Working with the site management team and main sub-contractors, you will maintain a safe, clean working environment, carry out repairs to lintels, sills and rendered surfaces, and ensure workmanship meets project standards and

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS Card (Essential - Blue Skilled Worker card preferred).
• Proven experience as a Patcher, Bricklayer, or Concrete Finisher on new build residential housing developments.
• Own hand tools and full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis vest/jacket, steel toe cap boots).
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship.
• Based in or within easy commuting distance of Newcastle upon Tyne.

Responsibilities

About the Role:
