Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Patcher to join a busy housing construction project. The role involves patching, plastering, making-good, preparing walls and ceilings for finishing, and working safely on site.

You will need a valid CSCS card, own tools and PPE, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Temporary start ASAP, 8am-5pm, 5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Previous patching/plastering/making-good experience.
• Valid CSCS card.
• Own tools and PPE.
• Good attention to detail and finish quality.
• Reliable with strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out patching and making-good works.
• Repairing damaged plaster and surfaces.
• Filling holes, cracks and imperfections.
• Preparing walls and ceilings for finishing.
• Completing snagging and remedial works.
• Ensuring high standard of work.
• Working safely and efficiently on site.
