Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Patcher to join a busy housing construction project. The role involves patching, plastering, making-good, preparing walls and ceilings for finishing, and working safely on site.

You will need a valid CSCS card, own tools and PPE, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Temporary start ASAP, 8am-5pm, 5 days a week.

We are currently looking for an experienced Patcher to join a busy housing construction project based in Birmingham.

Duties will include:

• Carrying out patching and making-good works
• Repairing damaged plaster and surfaces
• Filling holes, cracks and imperfections
• Preparing walls and ceilings ready for finishing
• Completing snagging and remedial works
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Working safely and efficiently alongside other trades on site

Requirements:

• Previous experience in patching, plastering or making-good works
• Valid CSCS card
• Own tools and PPE
• Good attention to detail and quality of finish
• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
