Job summary

Yeo Valley Production Ltd is recruiting for production operatives in our fruit team at the Crewkerne site. This Skilled Operator role covers a fruit PM shift (Mon-Fri 14:00‑22:00). Full training is provided, with opportunities to increase hourly pay after completion of further training.

Experience in food manufacturing is an advantage. We offer a supportive, growing environment with a non‑sponsorship policy for UK applicants and a commitment to safety and hygiene standards.

At an exciting time of growth at our Crewkerne production site, we are looking for great people to join us as production operatives in our fruit team. The site includes dairy production, fruit production, and a new savory production team. We are currently recruiting for a fruit PM shift (Mon‑Fri 14:00‑22:00) in a Skilled Operator role.

Full training is provided, though experience in food manufacturing is an advantage. There is scope to increase the hourly pay once further training has been completed.
